I see others have had an amazing experience but We were spoken rudely too. Told to go to royal distributing and when we said "oh they carry this tire?" He laughed and said no. We bought this tire from this centre 3 years ago. When we pulled in and wanted to ask if we were at the right spot he responded with the door is at the front. I'm glad we weren't asking for directions. Worst customer service ever and the prices keep jumping tremendously. Good luck. Hope you have a better chance.
