So not only did you make me wait for 20 minutes just to get in for an oil change (with no cars in front of me), but you have no record of my being there. I didn't make the mistake of going there for my last oil change, I went to the Mobil Oil Change place next door. Faster service, no pressure to add more services and a loyalty card to get my 7th oil change free.
